Audra McDonald is unmatched in the breadth and versatility of her talents as an actress and a performer. Record-breaking six times winner at the Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards as well as an Emmy Award she received in the year 2015 by Barack Obama. McDonald got the 4th Emmy nomination in recognition of her role in the HBO film special Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill in the year 2016. The Bite was a six episode drama about pandemics produced by Spectrum Originals in collaboration with CBS Studios. McDonald, who first appeared in the CBS Legal drama The Good Wife as U.S. attorneys Liz Lawrence and Liz Reddick between 2009 and 2018 reprised the roles (now named Liz Reddick) in The Good Fight in the role of an Paramount+ season regular. McDonald received nominations for three Critics Choice Award awards. She currently guest-stars in Julian Fellowes' historical thriller The Gilded Age on HBO.
